Been doing CrossFit, but still don’t have all the movements down or have limited mobility?

We provide scaling (modification) options in our introductory of every workout in our classes.

Foundations Course (Onboarding)

Our Foundations course takes brand new CrossFitters through four days of learning the basics about CrossFit methodology (why we do what we do and prescribe to it), the 9 Foundational Movements of CrossFit and how to do them properly and safely, and terminology we frequently use in classes.

Each class will follow a similar progression as our regular CrossFit classes to allow beginners to get a feel for how classes are ran, with each class ending with a short workout using some of the movements covered that day in class (or a modified version as needed to meet you where you are at in your fitness journey)!

After Day 2 and Day 4, foundation class participants will join a regular CrossFit class in order to ease them into the class setting.
