Learn or Improve on the Basics.

Whether you are brand new to CrossFit or would like more instruction on any of the foundational movements, we have built a fun Skills Class that ensures you are moving safely and effectively.

We'll also identify some muscle imbalances effecting your movement and put you on a path of achieving more functional movement patterns and reducing risk of injury.

    Week 1: Skill Class

    Get familiar with the movements you’ll be using in group classes with our 6-Day Skills Class. These classes are executed twice a week for 3 weeks and take new members from bodyweight movements all the way through to our most technical lifts, the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Many of these movements you may already be familiar with, but its our job and our passion to ensure you are executing them in the most safe and efficient way! We’ll teach you how to jump, squat, pull, lift and press with safe, effective technique so you can get stronger and avoid injury. We also use these classes as an opportunity to identify any major muscle imbalances or poor movement patterns and prescribe exercises and accessory work to help correct these!

     Start attending classes that work for your schedule. Don’t be afraid to show up early, ask questions, cheer on your peers, and socialize after the workout! Our community means the world to us and we want you to be and feel a part of it.

    Congrats on making some new friends! Take in the community and see how it feels to belong to a group of fit-minded people. If you surround yourself with others who have achieved your goals, you are more likely to succeed.

    You might be feeling a little sore at this point, but that’s a good thing! This means your body is adapting to your new level of fitness. Coaches will be with you every step of the way to help you address any soreness and keep you going!  Just one month of consistent effort and you’ll start seeing results and feeling more energized. We’ll check in with your goals and keep you accountable along the way, but showing up consistently is key!

    After two months of steady work, you’ve learned to do things you never thought you could. You are stronger, faster, and more athletic than you were before. Time to celebrate your new lifestyle of reaching milestones, pushing toward your potential, achieving PRs (personal records), and so much more!
