Whether you are brand new to CrossFit or would like more instruction on any of the foundational movements, we have built a fun Skills Class that ensures you are moving safely and effectively.
We'll also identify some muscle imbalances effecting your movement and put you on a path of achieving more functional movement patterns and reducing risk of injury.

We offer daily CrossFit classes that can be tailored to any level of fitness using programming developed by 6-time CrossFit Games champion, Tia-Claire Toomey. Our coaches provide multiple level options for every workout so, no matter where you are at in your fitness journey, you know exactly how you can safely and effectively execute workouts!
Take your Olympic Lifting to the next level! Whether you just want to challenge yourself to improve or looking to compete, our 3-Days-a-Week Barbell Club led by our USA Weighlifting certified coaches will help you achieve your lifting goals.
Get your kids started off on their fitness journey on the right foot and with a great foundation they can build upon for the rest of their life as an athlete! Our CrossFit Kids class takes kids ages 8-14 years old through the foundational movements of CrossFit in a fun and engaging class offered 3 days a week! Whether for their general fitness or strength and conditioning for sports, CrossFit kids will give your child a great foundation, a great workout and will quickly become their new favor spot to be!
Whether you are just starting your CrossFit journey or looking to get help with technique on movements and lifts, Skills Class is six-days worth of fundamental programming that beginners will participate in 2 days a week for 3 weeks, and that experienced athletes can take a la carte. During these class sessions, athletes will be able to learn or work on the 9 foundational movements of CrossFit, from Day 1 Body Weight Movements all the way up to technical Olympic Lifts.

Maximize all your hard work in the gym with a nutrition plan that matches your goals! Our nutrition coaches will not only help you build balanced meal plans, but will educate you and empower you to be able to maintain and sustain your own nutrition planning!
We like to take a holistic approach to fitness and wellness, and a big part of that is proper recovery and mobility! All of our members have access to Sunday mobility classes! Provided in a Vinyasa-style format, these yoga sessions will not only help your recovery each week, but will challenge you in bodyweight movements that will strengthen your core, improve your mobility and help you be better prepared for the week ahead in the gym!
